2024 Fantasy Football Rankings: NFL Vets that Survived the NFL Draft - Tyler Conklin

👆 Episode 16 of "Inside the 20" covers NFL vets that survived the NFL Draft and now look like targets in 2024 fantasy football. 👆

Tyler Conklin survived a Brock Bowers scare when the New York Jets instead opted for Penn State Tackle Olumuyiwa Fashanu with their 11th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

That decision left Conklin atop the Jets’ TE depth chart for another season, giving him a chance to play meaningful snaps in an Aaron Rodgers offense.

To be clear, Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams are undoubtedly 1st and 2nd in line for targets from Rodgers, not to mention 2023 RB catch leader Breece Hall, 3rd round pick Malachi Corley, and Rodgers' best buddy Allen Lazard.

Still, Conklin should have his fair share of fantasy-useful weeks in 2024 catching passes from a Hall of Fame QB who made:

🏈 Jermichael Finley the TE 12 in 2009, the TE 9 in 2011 and the TE 14 in 2012

🏈 Richard Rodgers the TE 12 in 2015

🏈 Jimmy Graham the TE 12 in 2018

🏉 And Robert Tonyan the TE 4 in 2020

Now, to be clear, Tyler Conklin is not someone who should be DRAFTED in “normal” sized fantasy football leagues in 2024.

But he WILL be a streaming option in 2024 and as a 3rd TE in best ball drafts, he's well worth his current ADP of TE 25 around pick 194 overall (early 17th round).

And if Lazard falls out of favor and Malachi Corley isn't quite ready for the big show? Conk could turn into a sneaky surprise in 2024!

Are you drafting Conklin in 2024 best ball leagues? We have him strategically ranked in the 2024 fantasy football draft guide!
